We welcome your contributions to the Corporate Growing Pains website. The link at the end of this page allows you to submit a Guest Post for our consideration.
How are you using your values to guide your organisation? What do you think about organisations as groups of people rather than inhuman business entities? Who is inspiring you as a leader or in the business world? What do you think of Radical Management, New Capitalism, Employee First, ideas from the Management Innovation Exchange and any other business directions you have considered? What have you seen happening in business in the Asia Pacific region?
What completely different question can you pose to yourself that justifies submitting a blog to this site given our posts that you have read?
To be considered, posts must:
- Be of interest to people who are looking at better ways of doing business, especially those doing business in the Asia Pacific region
- Must not contain blatant plugs for your work or be orientated to achieving your personal ambition or personal commercial success
- Show respect for people, and not be offensive, discriminatory or just plain rude
- Provide people reading posts on this site with something to think about, preferably in a reasonably entertaining way
- Be original work first published on this site (or re-published with acknowledgement) and created by you
- Comply with all regional laws regarding publications including those relating to Intellectual Property, Defamation, Incitement, Discrimination and any other laws regulating speech (In case of disputes between Corporate Growing Pains and authors, the applicable law is the law of Australia)
The decision on whether we post guest blogs submitted is totally ours. Authors will be acknowledged and we will not publish your work in other forums, however the copyright in submitted blogs belongs to Corporate Growing Pains for the purpose of publishing on this site. We reserve the right to edit all submitted posts but will not publish posts with extensive editing (beyond corrections for grammar and length) without your permission.
The Plug-in tool we are using for this is in Beta testing, so if anything seems to go wrong or you don’t hear from us in a few days, please contact us.
