Michelle Delebet
Michelle brings more than 20 years of broad industry experience to Corporate Growing Pains. She has worked in small private companies and multinationals in operational and management roles. She has experience with addressing issues, from the simple to the sophisticated, that challenge corporations.
She is a professional management and operations generalist with an intrinsic understanding of core issues affecting growth and sustainability. For the last 12 years she has led high performance teams, creating strong vision, leveraging foundation values, designing and implementing common sense systems to ease the path to success. During the last eight years, Michelle steered the development and growth of a specialist engineering consultancy, becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2008. The company’s success was recognised by BRW magazine in 5 consecutive years as part of the BRW Fast 100.
Michelle is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has continued her tertiary education and development through human resource development, Italian language, management and most recently Executive Masters of Business Administration. She continues to mentor a number of senior managers and developing leaders.
Her passions are values, leadership, business improvement, start-ups, change management, opportunity creation and problem solving.
